Help Indentify my Tractor

My tractor says Mitsubishi on it,but the indentifying label on the side of transmission has two numbers. The one on top says MT1800D & the one right under the MT1800D says ST1840. So is this a Mitsubishi or Satoh. I have tried to get manuals for the ST1840 & can't find them anywhere.I did get a Mitsubishi manual that covers about 6 tractors but not a MT1800D.Also all the tractors in there show 2-3 cylinders. Mine is a 4 cylinder diesel. I can't find any literature that shows Mitsubishi tractors having 4 cylinders. Where can I get a parts & owners manual for this tractor. Thanks Brian
